📝 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of travel services provided by Tekinfiles Limited. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
💳 Guarantee & Payment Policy
- Deposit: A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation or at least 45 days before arrival to secure the booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining 70% is due 20 days before arrival.
- Payments must be made on an OUR basis (all bank charges covered by sender). Incomplete payments (e.g. SHA) will require top-up from the client.
- A final rooming list (guest names, room types) must be submitted 7 days before arrival.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- More than 32 days before arrival: Full or partial cancellations allowed without penalty.
- 31 to 14 days before arrival: Up to 4 rooms can be cancelled without fee. Additional room cancellations will be charged 80% of the rate.
- Within 14 days, no-shows, early departures: 100% cancellation fee applies.
👶 Child Policy
- Infants (0–2 years): Free of charge (FOC).
- Children (2–11 years) sharing a room with 2 adults and using an extra bed: 30% discount.
- Children (2–11 years) sharing with 1 adult: Full adult fare applies.
- 12 years and above: Considered an adult.
- Infants and FOC guests are not counted in the paying group size.
📄 General Terms
- Tour Details: While we do our best to keep itineraries accurate, details such as prices, schedules, hotels, and attractions may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Guided Sightseeing: All tours include an English-speaking guide and entry fees to listed attractions.
- Insurance: We recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We are not responsible for loss, theft, illness, or accidents.
- Operator Rights: We reserve the right to amend or cancel parts of the tour for safety or logistical reasons without prior notice.
- Legal Compliance: Guests must follow local laws and customs. We are not responsible for penalties or incidents due to non-compliance.
- Visa Requirements: It is the guest's responsibility to ensure valid entry visas are obtained. No refunds for denied entry.
- Special Assistance: Guests with medical or special needs must notify us during booking. Additional arrangements may incur extra costs.
- Medical Attention: In case of emergency, we may assist in arranging medical services. Related costs are the guest’s responsibility.
- Independent Activities: We do not organize activities outside the official itinerary unless arranged under special terms.
- Minors: Guests under 20 must submit parental consent; those under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior affects group comfort, without refund.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

- We do not sell or share your information without consent, except as required to provide services.
⚖️ Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
